As You Love Each Other

12-Week Journey to Deepen Connection, Communication, & Care

Relationships are sacred spaces that can mirror our deepest woundsβ€”and our greatest capacity for healing.


As We Love Each Other is a 12-week guided experience for couples who want to deepen their emotional connection, strengthen communication, and build healthy habits for long-term love.

This is not traditional couples therapy. It’s a heart-centered space...

to explore how you show up in loveβ€”through weekly themes, intentional conversations, and practices that help you reconnect with yourselves and each other.


Whether you are navigating communication breakdowns, seeking to rebuild trust, or simply longing to feel closer again, this journey offers space for both partners to be seen, heard, and held.


What to Expect:

  • Weekly topics on emotional safety, boundaries, intimacy, conflict repair, and attachment patterns
  • Gentle prompts + tools to use between sessions
  • Guided check-ins to explore your relationship dynamic with compassion and honesty
  • A focus on individual reflection and collective healing
     

This space is for you if:

  • You feel like roommates instead of lovers
  • You did not had a healthy romantic relationship modeled for you
  • You keep repeating the same arguments or there has been a break down in trust
  • You long for deeper closeness but don’t know how to get there
  • You’re willing to do the workβ€”with love at the center or deciding if you should stay or go

Curriculum: Weekly Guide

Mindfulness Counseling

This guided group blends evidence-based tools with soulful reflection to help couples build trust, strengthen communication, and create lasting love. Rooted in Attachment Theory and the Gottman Method’s Sound Relationship House, each week explores a key pillar of intentional partnership.


Week 1 – Intention Setting & Foundations (Imago Theory)
Week 2 – The Sound Relationship House: What Healthy Love Is Built On
Week 3 – Attachment Styles in Love
Week 4 – Knowing Each Other Deeply (Love Maps)
Week 5 – The 4 Horsemen: What Harms & What Heals
Week 6 – The Love Languages (and Miscommunications)
Week 7 – Building Emotional Safety & Repair
Week 8 – Boundaries, Needs, & Interdependence
Week 9 – Friendship, Fun, & Novelty
Week 10 – Intimacy, Touch, & Pleasure
Week 11 – Conflict as Connection
Week 12 – Integration, Reflection & Celebration


You’ll leave with tools, insights, and shared practices to love each other more fullyβ€”through every season.

$200 per weekly session. 

Payment is paid via invoice the day before the scheduled session. 


Because this is not traditional therapy, insurance is not accepted. Payment is out-of-pocket, and the cost $200 per session.


Sessions are held weekly for 60 minutes. The start date and meeting time will be coordinated based on the mutual availability of the couple and therapist.
