All participants will be invoiced, one week to the program start date based on individual plans.
Absolutely. The 10-week program is designed to accommodate busy schedules. Sessions are structured to provide maximum impact within a shorter timeframe, while still allowing you to prioritize your growth and well-being. All individual coaching will be scheduled during your free time. Participants must be available Wednesday at 7pm EST for group coaching sessions.
We understand individual comfort levels. While the program includes interactive components, you can also opt into 1:1 support to dive deeper into your unique needs. This program encourages self-discovery and growth on your terms.
