  • As You Love Yourself course is coursework that is very needed. As You Love Yourself is a great program for women to reevaluate their self-love. I am so happy that I came across this program and took the 10 weeks for myself to reevaluate myself. Drea holds a safe space for to feel all your feelings and express yourself. I am glad that I found this course and will continue to do this work after the course ends.

All participants will be invoiced, one week to the program start date based on individual plans.



Absolutely. The 10-week program is designed to accommodate busy schedules. Sessions are structured to provide maximum impact within a shorter timeframe, while still allowing you to prioritize your growth and well-being. All individual coaching will be scheduled during your free time. Participants must be available Wednesday at 7pm EST for group coaching sessions.


We understand individual comfort levels. While the program includes interactive components, you can also opt into 1:1 support to dive deeper into your unique needs. This program encourages self-discovery and growth on your terms.
