  • Weekly Live Group Healing Sessions: Engage in intensive weekly sessions to address core challenges, foster growth, and create a foundation for self-love. Sunday at 5pm EST
  • Themed Assignments for Personal Development: Receive insightful assignments each week, tailored to boost self-esteem, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. Time commitment: 1 hour
  • Interactive Poetry Discussion: Join these sessions to explore self-love centered content that speaks to the heart, in order to digest transformative narratives needed to heal
  • One-on-One Coaching Sessions: Benefit from a personalized coaching session with a licensed psychotherapist to receive focused feedback and guidance. Weekly, based on your individual schedule

This coaching components of the this 10-week program is valued at $3,500. The online course and self care toolkit is valued at $2,000. If you were unable to register for the Fall 2023 cohort, please join the waitlist for the January 2024 cohort. There are several payment plans available and a special promo code for individuals who join the waitlist.


Absolutely. The 10-week program is designed to accommodate busy schedules. Sessions are structured to provide maximum impact within a shorter timeframe, while still allowing you to prioritize your growth and well-being. All individual coaching will be scheduled during your free time. Participants must be available Sunday at 5pm EST for group coaching sessions.


We understand individual comfort levels. While the program includes interactive components, we create a 1:1 supportive space to dive deeper into your unique needs. This program encourages self-discovery and growth on your terms.
